Conquered! Fitties Offroad

29 November 2016:
Today, with the help of Gemma-Louise & Joe, I actually crossed Cleethorpes Marshland in my wheelchair! We managed to cross the full length, all the way to the beach at the end! 😊

Yorkshire Rock & Bike

09-to-15 August 2016:
I had such an awesome week exhibiting & demoing at the Yorkshire Rock & Bike Festival! Despite our marquee getting completely obliterated by the wind, we didn’t let a silly thing like bad weather stop us - we improvised! - using my van as a display wall, and lots of duct tape to stop things blowing away 😅 haha! We then carried on business as normal: fundraising, getting creative, meeting some amazing people, and I genuinely had the most fun I’ve had in years! A situation is only bad if you perceive it to be that way.
• Sincerest THANK YOU to the Satans Slaves Motorcycle Club (Yorkshire) for having us, and to my good friends Joe and Gemma-Louise for coming to help out, perservering, and never giving up! Couldn’t have done it without them; they truly are THE best!

The Ash Plantation Nature Reserve Project

20 May 2016:
My opening exhibition, featuring artworks to be displayed at the local Ash Plantation Wildlife Reserve (Kingston Upon Hull). I created the artworks - with accompanying information - to help educate the local children and general public about the importance of our natural environment and its wildlife. This project was funded by Riverside Housing Association, and the exhibition was officially opened by the Lord Mayor of Hull. My artworks are to be on permenant display in the woodland reserve.

Conquered! Beach By Force

06 May 2016:
The first time I crossed a beach in my wheelchair, with the help of awesome friends Joe & Gemma - who quite literally dragged me & my chair (which definitely is not all-terrain, so not an easy feat) across the sand! Such a good time, truly unforgettable! 😊
